Welcome to the NJ Chapter

 

Established in 1997, The Northern New Jersey Professional Chapter of the Association for Women in Communications (AWCNJ) is an active professional organization dedicated to self-development, building relationships and the advancement of women across communications disciplines.

AWCNJ members are able to connect with a strong and growing network of communications and marketing professionals, participate in professional development sessions and identify new resources to build their careers, along with taking full advantage of all AWC member programs.

Disciplines represented within the organization include:

  • Graphic design/ web design and development

AWC was founded in 1909 as Theta Sigma Phi at the University of Washington.
